How do I start a return?Updated a day ago

• Initiate your return within 14 days of delivery:  Both standard and gift returns use our online return portal: Parker Thatch Returns You'll need your order number (including the "PT-") and your shipping zip code. Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email or packing slip. 
• Pack your return: Include the printed return packing slip (from the portal) inside the box.
• Ship your return: Print your label. There is an $18 return shipping fee deducted from your refund for orders returned to the original payment method. This fee is waived for orders returned to store credit (gift returns are refunded onto store credit). 
• Processing time: Once delivered, please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed.
• Refunds:
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method(s) or gift card / store credit (if selected) once the returned items are inspected. 
  • Purchases made with a gift card will be refunded back to the same gift card.

  • We are unable to issue a refund on your credit card if the purchase was placed with a gift card. If the purchase was placed with both a credit card and a gift card, the refund will be issued to the same gift card(s) first then the credit card. 

Important Notes:

• Keep your return tracking number as proof of delivery.
• You will receive a refund confirmation email once your return is processed.
• If you opted for store credit/gift card, check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it in your inbox.
