How do I start a return?

Initiate your return within 14 days of delivery: Use our online return portal: Parker Thatch Returns You'll need your order number (including the "PT-") and your shipping zip code. Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email.

I removed the tags. Can I still return my item?

If the tag has been removed / unattached from your item, the item is no longer eligible to be returned.

Can I return a sale item?

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Collaborations, limited editions, and any items indicated as "FINAL SALE"  are final sale. Please note that socks are final sale due to health standards.

Can I make an exchange?

We are unable to offer exchanges. If you are interested in securing an alternative style, simply place a new order and return the unsuitable item through our return portal.

I received an incorrect or defective item. What now?
