How do I start a return?

Initiate your return within 14 days of delivery: Use our online return portal: Parker Thatch Returns You'll need your order number (including the "PT-") and your shipping zip code. Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email.

Can I include multiple returns in one shipment?

At this time, we do not allow returns from different orders to be combined. Each order must be individually processed through our return portal and sent separately.

Can I return a sale item?

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Collaborations, limited editions, and any items indicated as "FINAL SALE"  are final sale. Please note that socks are final sale due to health standards.

Can I make an exchange?

We are unable to offer exchanges. If you are interested in securing an alternative style, simply place a new order and return the unsuitable item through our return portal.
