• Preorders - Please refer to the product page or your order confirmation email for the estimated shipping timeframe for your preorder item. If your preorder becomes available earlier than the estimated ship date, your order will ship as soon as the item is in stock. If you've ordered additional in-stock items with your preorder, your entire order will ship together once the preorder item is available.

• Basic Ground - Domestic US orders with Basic Ground shipping method may take up to 4-7 business days to process before shipping. Once your package leaves our warehouse shipping may take up to 5-7 business days in transit.

• Overnight & 2-Day - Orders placed before 11am (PT) ship the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, or on weekends, ship the next business day.
  •  Please note: expedited service does not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays. 

• International Shipping - We're delighted to offer international shipping. International deliveries may take up to 2 weeks depending on your specific location. If you're ordering from a major metropolitan city, your order will likely arrive sooner. Please note: It is not possible to anticipate, show, or calculate customs duties and import taxes in your cart or during the checkout process. Customer is responsible for any customs duty, import taxes or related fees owed.

We are unable to change the shipping method after an order is placed so please take care to select your shipping method carefully. All orders ship from California.
