- Preorders - Please see your order confirmation email for an approximate shipping date on your preorder item. If you’re ordering other in-stock items along with your preorder item, the entire order will ship together on the preorder's estimated ship date.
- Basic Ground Shipping - Domestic US orders with Basic Ground shipping method may take up to 4-7 business days to process before shipping. Once your package leaves our warehouse shipping may take up to 5-7 business days in transit.
- Once an order has shipped on time and is in the possession of the carrier, Parker Thatch is not responsible for delays caused by FedEx or other shipping carriers. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or reimbursements for carrier-related delays beyond our control.
- FedEx Overnight Shipping- Domestic US orders submitted before 11 a.m. (Pacific) will ship the same business day. Orders placed after the 11 a.m. cutoff or Saturday and Sunday will ship the next business day.
- Please note that FedEx expedited service does not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays.
