• Processing time: After your return is delivered, allow up to 10 business days for processing.
• Refunds:
  • Refunds are issued after your items are inspected.
  • Purchases made with a gift card will be refunded back to the gift card.
  • Refunds to your credit card may take extra time depending on your bank.
  • Purchases made with multiple payment methods (i.e. gift card and credit card) will be refunded back to the gift card(s) first then the credit card. 
• Confirmation: You'll get a confirmation email when your return is processed. (Check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it.) If 10 business days have passed and you have not received a refund confirmation email, please reach out to [email protected] 

Important Note: Keep your tracking number as proof of delivery.
