Where is my order confirmation?Updated a year ago
Your order confirmation is sent to the email address that you entered at checkout. If you’re using ShopPay or Apple Pay make sure to confirm the email address associated with your account is correct.
In most cases order confirmations aren’t received due to a typo in the email address or an alternative email was used with the order. If you place an order and don't get a confirmation please check your junk folder and alternative emails accounts first. If you still don't see a confirmation please contact us at [email protected].
